Premier Pro Cleaning is Laura's company. She built it around one idea that most cleaning companies avoid: tell the customer exactly what is included, in writing, before they pay for it.

That sounds obvious. It is not how the industry works. Most cleaning quotes are deliberately vague, because vague is what lets a scheduled two hours quietly become ninety minutes when the day runs long. The customer cannot prove anything was skipped, because nobody ever said what was supposed to happen.

So we published the list

Every room has a written checklist and it is on this website. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entry. Same list every visit, whether it is your first clean or your fiftieth. If something on the list did not get done, call within 24 hours and we come back and do it. No argument, no invoice.

Owner-operated, and that is not a marketing line

National cleaning brands are scheduling software with a logo. Different person every time, different standard every time, and nobody with authority to actually fix a problem. Premier Pro Cleaning stays small so that the person who set the standard is the person enforcing it.

Lower and Central Bucks County: Bensalem, Langhorne, Yardley, New Hope, Richboro, Doylestown and Newtown. Plus Hatboro across the Montgomery County line, which is a scheduled service area rather than an occasional trip.

We stay inside that footprint on purpose. A cleaner driving ninety minutes to a job is a cleaner who is rushing something to make the day work.
