A move-out clean is a full clean of an empty home, including inside every cabinet, closet, drawer and appliance. It is done to the standard a landlord, buyer or real estate agent will inspect against. A move-in clean is the same work in reverse, so you take possession of a home that has actually been cleaned rather than tidied.

Included on an empty home
- Inside every kitchen cabinet and drawer, top and bottom shelves.
- Inside the oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
- Every closet, including shelving and the floor.
- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates and vents throughout.
- All interior windows, sills and tracks.
- Bathrooms taken back to bare: tub, tile, grout, toilet, vanity, mirror, exhaust fan cover.
- Floors vacuumed and washed last, then the house is locked up.
Timing
- Book it for after the truck is gone and before the walkthrough.
- We need the utilities on. We cannot clean a house with no water or no power.
